The CMS CY 27 Home Health Proposed Rule which includes many data points for home health reimbursement under PDGM including the proposed reimbursement for CY27. This data provides insight into why CMS is proposing the reimbursement changes and contains good data points that agencies can use as benchmarks for their agency.

The rule also includes updates to the Quality Reporting Program and request for information on potential changes in the home health benefit in coming years.   In this years proposed rule CMS also included Provider Enrollment and Revocation proposed changes to reduce fraud in the Medicare home health system.
