Cynthia C. Keaton, SHRM-SCP, is a senior human resources executive and consultant with extensive experience leading HR strategy, operations, and transformation across a range of industries, including government, manufacturing, life sciences, and heavy equipment. As Founder and Chief Consultant of KeatonHR, LLC, she partners with organizations to strengthen their HR capabilities through strategic advisory, compliance, organizational design, and leadership development.

Cynthia brings a practical, real-world approach to training, drawing on her experience as a Vice President of Human Resources and People & Culture for multi-state organizations and large public-sector entities. She has led large-scale initiatives, including HR transformations, post-acquisition integrations, HRIS implementations, compensation redesign, and compliance audits—consistently delivering measurable results such as significant cost savings and improved organizational effectiveness.

A skilled facilitator, Cynthia has designed and delivered training for supervisors, managers, and leadership teams on topics including employee relations, conflict management, compliance, performance management, and leadership development. Her sessions are known for being engaging, actionable, and grounded in real business scenarios, making complex HR topics accessible and relevant for adult learners.
