Biography:

Keith Warwick, PE, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and is a licensed engineer in Illinois, California, and New York.  He is a life member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and is a published author. He has been the owner of  KEITH WARWICK COMPANY from 2008 to - present. He has 30 years of engineering experience conducting 110 commercial due diligence real estate evaluations; approving the construction of 95 new buildings, civil engineering design, environmental site assessments, and property condition surveys.  He worked for the Federal Government for 24 years, during which time he conducted 180 environmental, safety, and health walkthroughs. Before that, he worked for Bechtel National Inc. as a civil engineer. He  has taught many webinars and classes on engineering, safety, and environmental compliance
